Hướng dẫn làm món chính

Cừu Nướng Rau Thơm
Nguyên liệu:
2-2,5kg thịt đùi cừu
Dầu ô liu
2 tép tỏi, xắt mỏng
2 muỗng canh rau thơm, băm nhỏ
Tiêu mới xay
Cách làm
1- Tẩm dầu vào đùi cừu, khứa nhiều rãnh trên đùi rồi nhét tỏi và rau thơm vào rãnh đó, xoa đều tiêu xay.
2- Treo xoong hứng nước thịt dưới vỉ, dàn đều than hồng quanh dưới xoong, để than khá nóng (thử hơ tay đếm 3 giây), bây giờ mới đặt thịt lên vỉ, nướng từ 75 đến 135 phút là tái (70oC) hoặc chín vừa từ 135 đến 150 phút (80oC)
