Lẩu thịt g l Giang


 


1/. Nguyn liệu :


_ G mi tơ ( 1kg 2 ) : 1 con
_ L giang : 300 gr
_ Bn : 1kg
_ Tỏi bằm : 1M
Gia vị : muối + tiu + đừơng + bột ngọt + rau m + ng gai + ớt , nước mắm ngon .


2/. Cch lm :
_ Chuẩn bị :


+ G st muối để khử mi hi , rửa thật sạch trong ngoi , sau đ chặt từng miếng vừa ăn ( 1 con g chặt đều ra khoảng 8 miếng )
+ L giang bỏ dy , l su , rửa sạch để ro , v hơi dập
+ Rau m ng gai rửa sạch , thi nhuyễn
+ Tỏi phi vng
+ Ớt cắt xo


_ Nấu lẩu


+ 2 lt nước lạnh nấu si bỏ thịt g vo nấu , hớt bọt , để lửa riu riu , nm cht muối + đường + bột ngọt . Sau khi thịt g đ chn mềm bỏ l giang vo , nước lẩu si nm lại cho vừa ăn , vị chua ngọt l được.


_ Trang tr :


+ Mc nước lo vo lẩu , bn trn để vi lt ớt , tỏi phi
+ Lẩu thịt g l giang ăn km với bn v nước
